There are illegal actions that can be taken to remedy this, but it's way too late for that now. The first rule in that kind of situation is stealthness. Everyone here is way above the Radar now.

I don't know if my situation was brought up in this thread or another, but I do remember it was a little distorted, so I felt I'd set it straight. I bought 2 hellboy figures from MOAK 1 month and 1 week later they showed up. There was some deception as 2 - 3 weeks in he would say things like "I don't know why they aren't there yet" and "they should get there any day" When the package got here the post mark showed that it was sent a Month after I paid.

So I got my stuff, but it was late and there was deception. I was already getting irritated at that time, I don't know what I'd do for a whole year.

If he had screwed me over and i did have his house # I would definitely call hime and approach him about it....in a somewhat civil manner of course
